Thirty years of loyal customers and no way for anyone to find them online. Every month offline was another month competitors were taking calls that should have been theirs.
Scott and Michaela Cairns have been the go-to electricians in the Nambucca Valley since 1996. Three decades of repeat work, referrals, a reputation built job by job. Word of mouth had always been enough. But the trade had shifted.
People were searching online before picking up the phone. Competitors with shorter track records were showing up at the top of Google Maps. Les Craggs wasn't appearing anywhere. The work spoke for itself, but no one searching online would ever know it existed.
The job was to fix that. Build a proper site, get it live fast, and let Google start the clock.
